Peanut Sauce

Peanut Sauce

Fried peanuts, half tablespoon rye, 2-3 green chillies, a pinch of red chilli, salt according to taste, a small tablespoon of refined oil and a juice of one lemon.


Grind the peanuts in water and add more water if the contents are thick. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the rye til it becomes brown and then add the paste of peanuts and red chilli in it. Add the lemon juice and mix the ingredients. The peanuts sauce is ready.
